We needed a repair on a filing cabinet. Called this morning and they were here within a couple of hours to repair the filing cabinet lock. Would definitely recommend them.
This is under my Grandsons name. He borrowed the keys for our motor home and then went swimming. We were at Lakeport State Park in our motorhome. We had no spares. Kevin the owner of American Atlas in New Baltimore MI was working not to close by. He came out and changed out our ignition so we could drive home. When we got home I removed the door locks and compartment locks and dropped them off to his shop. In 2 days all my problems were solved and the price was very reasonable. I would recommend these guys to anyone. Please use them and thanks again guys!!!!
Excellent customer service experience! They took the time to make and fine tune some keys for me that were very difficult and hard to come by. I would highly recommend them.
On the Thursday before the Fourth of July weekend, I foolishly lost the key to my boat while rushing to load up and get on the road. Greg was very helpful and willing to work with me the very next morning to get a new key. I was so glad that I got the problem resolved so quickly and inexpensively at American Atlas.
