Every employee, technician, installer or representative of Power Home Solar has been prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. They've made our "great experiment" of going solar easy and fun. We love walking by the panel and looking at the readings that tell us we're making more energy than we're using, even on overcast days like today!

We had a great experience with Powerhome from meeting with our salesman up and through the installation day. The company does a great job of keeping you posted on the process as you go through it and afterward.
The two gentlemen that came out to my house or very polite very clean-cut they took the utmost care so as not to attract any dirt or damage anything in my home. The explained in great detail everything that they were doing and remade the repairs. My system is now generating over 4000 watts of power on a hazy day. If you need somebody to train others for customer service my choice would be to use the two guys that were here today
They were very courteous they were knowledgeable of what they were doing they cleaned up after themselves and everything turned out beautifully
We've been working with Power Home for 9 months now and our solar power is still not powering. There service teams have been mostly timely and friendly, but we've had people at our home over a dozen times and as I mentioned we are sill not operational. There's a lot of finger pointing between DTE & Generac, but paying for a service that you haven't received in over 6 months is poor service. I wonder if the system will ever work, and that is a frustrating position to be in.

We had a leak, and a very nice gentleman came and found the problem and fixed it. A crew will come to evaluate and fix the damage caused by the leak.
The crew was friendly and cleaned up nicely. I do Have a crack in my bedroom ceiling now from the men working in the attic
