I have been going here for years I took my daughter in today for an 11am appointment and it was so unprofessional! The new Nurse practitioner was unprofessional she came in 30 minuets after we went in the room . She test my daughter for the flu and strep and NEVER COMES BACK. I wait another 30 minuets and then walk out to ask one of the medical assistant what the update was.THE Medical assistant comes in to give me The diagnosis ? Mind you the urine Was still sitting in the same place I put it when I had my daughter go to the restroom . Now tell me if I’m wrong but I’m pretty sure the medical assistant was not supposed to give me any diagnosis the doctor never came back out to validate any information that that medical assistance relayed to me .Never in my life have I ever encounter such unprofessional and carelessness from a doctors office for CHILDERN . I pay every time I come in, I pay for every prescription and the fact that the practitioner didn’t even verify with me that my child was in good health or not is beyond me. The medical assistant was extremely nice and handled the issue well but it’s unfortunate they have to pick up the slack for careless people .

Sat in the room for over ONE HOUR before my child was even seen. I was the first person in the building and 2 kids got called before my child. EVERYTIME I’m here for my child’s physical or for a sick visit it’s a 2 hour visit. And the staff is so unprofessional.

Dr. Brule is awesome but the rest of the staff is awful not friendly and not helpful what so ever. My husband is a marine in the military so we are constantly moving around and I have NEVER had so many problems trying to get MY kids health records or having them transferred bassicly every record I have from there is just gone because they won’t give them to me or transfer them . Not to mention on top of it the staff is rude and have a constant attitude !!! Went here when I was kid and it was awesome but they are falling apart ...
