Management Is very helpful and always responds to questions or concerns fast. Maintenance is always fast to fix any issues with apartment. Renewed my lease here ! Its in a great location lots of stores very close and a safe neighborhood.

Definitely give 5 stars to the staff, always very helpful and remedy any situation as quickly as possible. Very helpful when my grand daughter was born with some medical issues and we asked to move to a lower unit. Always friendly when we had questions and helped find a resolution if something needed taking care of. Unfortunately we are moving because we need a 3 bedroom now and Carriage Way doesn’t have any. Thanks for everything Kelsey,Felix,Janet,Cindy and maintenance crew.
We lived in the 1505 building, on the upper level, for a couple of years and it was overall a pleasant experience. Parking was never an issue. There's plenty of parking spaces and they are unassigned (thank god). Felix was a phenomenal manager would be an understatement. He addressed our concerns/issues in a timely fashion, which was a plus! Communication played a big part when we lived here and Felix was always there to solve issues and answer questions. Aside from management, we had no complaints when it came to maintenance. Whenever we did come across a few minor things and reported it, it was fixed within 24-48 hours. There's free internet, but no access to WiFi, which didn't bother us. As long as you have your own cable cords to connect your TV or laptop to the router then you'll be fine. The only complaint we had with this apartment was children running through the halls and ringing our doorbell. However, management took this matter very seriously, which resulted in minimal incidents. We appreciate everything Carriage had to offer us. Overall, we loved our stay here, but unfortunately we left to move into a bigger apartment, which was actually a sister apartment through Carriage Way and they assisted us with the transfer every step of the way. It was a painless process. Thanks Felix for everything that you do! You deserve this recognition more than anyone! :)
Management is friendly and helpful. Did not appreciate the 'safety' inspection 2 weeks after I moved in, seemed that could've been done prior. I believe it was more of a look around than anything else as they ask you to fill out a sheet of maintenance items, but 2 months later they have not been addressed. Got a note on my door (as did all other tenants) about not smoking weed in the units but took 3 days to clear the ice out of the parking lots. I slipped and fell and hurt my knee, wonder if they will be picking up the tab for that? The common areas are kept clean and noise level is relatively quiet despite paper thin walls and floors. Hallways smell horrible though. Parking is adequate. Rent is a little high for what you get but they do make an effort. Mail system could be improved as well. I will not renew my lease when my time here is up.
My wife and I signed up for a 1 year lease in a 2/1.5 and overall we really enjoyed our stay. The complex is older as well as the unit we had but we were able to make it our own. Although the complex is older I think it gives it character. Maintenance and staff were always took care of us and addressed any concerns we had. The complex is also in a great location, which may be factored into the rent. I enjoyed having the interstate right around the corner and it was nice having Brookfield Square right down the road too. Brownie points too for internet and cable being included in the rent. I would recommend Carriage Way to anyone looking to rent.
