Dr. Byrd has great bed side manners. Nurses are outstanding, always will to help. Overall a very pleasant experience.

The colonoscopy itself was great, Dr Healy was great, but the insurance experience was horrible. Had to fight with them for several months over the precert, almost got sent to collections trying to get everything straightened out. Left a very bad taste in my mouth, and I will never go back there for another procedure.
