I came here because a nice young guy named Ivan had showed interest in purchasing my old cellphones from me. Ivan was very polite he was a fair negotiator on prices and the store itself with everyone I spoke to never made me feel like I was in a sales environment, or surrounded by commission hungry sales reps. This is a great place to go buy phones trade, sell or even to just ask them to help repair a broken screen. I plan to return to this place and help a growing buisness grow locally in our city of New Bern. Great Work here guys you really have some bright ideas and I hope you go far with them. thank you for your buisness and it was a pleasure to meet both of the guys on staff!

They have a great staff who are both professional and (home town) welcoming. I have had several interactions with them and I have always been more than thankful for their fairness and integrity. Highly recommend them.
I have had several positive experiences with Cell Phones Plus. I have purchased three Android phones and one Iphone to date and paid less than half of what I would at a corporate store. The employees are very nice to me & my family and they are always willing to help when we have questions. Don't hesitate to visit this store!
