As far as medical care in Craven County, Ms. Sonya is our saving grace! Her and her staff are extremely knowledgeable, kind, compassionate and always go the extra mile. All the current nurses at Med First are wonderful. I've had the most interaction with Michele and she most definitely goes above and beyond, ALWAYS. Ms. Sonya and all of her staff are second to none!

I’ve been seeing Sonya Williams for over 9 years. Even when she moved from the Jacksonville location to New Bern I followed her. Sometimes there’s a wait which is expected for great service. She always listens, never rushes and has the best bedside manners. She’s more than just a Doctor to me she has become family and doesn’t make you feel like just a number. Also she has some awesome staff that stands behind her.
