Clean, has almost as many amenities if not more as a hotel but it feels more like actually being in your own little home. I have been sitting on the porch since getting here it's so peaceful. Pet friendly. My pup likes the dog park and also going for walks around the grounds. Easy to get to. Has Activities for kids. I wish i would have known about this place a long time ago. Friendly employees.

It was great to have your own clean small house at night while we fished the creeks and rivers during the day. Can't wait to go back in 2021

Not good for RVers. Don't go. Was asked to park against the direction of others. Hookups were to the front, canopy area was shared, rig was off poorly graded area. Dumpsters over full. Road needed grading. Lake is a duck pond.

Awesome customer service! Jonathan and the office staff are wonderful. This RV park was a wonderful stop over for my family. There's a bathhouse which is extremely clean and well maintained. We didn't go to the pool area because we were just stopping in to get some rest before traveling on but we were given a grill to use and access to another huge one if needed. Has WiFi access and all the other necessities like cable TV etc. Can't say enough about the staff.

Jonathan is extremely nice and Becky is an absolute sweetheart! They will both make you feel right at home. Lots of amenities here and it’s just minutes to downtown.

For the most part this was a rather nice Campground and has a lot of potential to be much more in the future. When we were there, in May construction was still underway for The Farmhouse. With construction still in progress safety for children may be questionable (see pictures.) Several sites appears to be long-term sites with older models of RVs with some of them having poor upkeep. The name of this location may be a little misleading not a Lake, pond would be more suitable. I never saw the inside of the cottages but from the outside they look very nice. Amenities of this location includes 3 washer/dryer and they are coin-operated, playground, fenced-in dog park, catch-and-release pond, with free Wi-Fi. Advertised as offering free cable however when I inquired about getting a cable box I was told there was none available. All-in-all for the cost and location this is a good campground with a bright future on the horizon!

My lady and I took a newly built camper van, in the form of the 88 g20. We stayed 2 nights, enjoyed the pool, and hot tub, cooked at our site with an open fire, and enjoyed the time emencly. The camp is what appears to be under renovation. The cottages looked nice, the camp was clean, and staff was very pleasant. Absolutely will consider it a place to go, as it is not too far. Think staycation.

I put a one but the cabin I stayed in was nice. It was quiet there and the neighbors were considerate. When you go there check out the left side of the building in the white gated fenced in area. Therefore the one rating
