Was great when I started a few years ago, now is a joke. They enforce rules when it’s convenient for them. Worked with a guy who’s warehouse manager harassed him nonstop and when he brought it to the head of HR he was basically told tough luck and because he called his manager out he lost his job. What a joke.

The position I held at Brose was a quality inspector. Yes, the pay was good ,If you sacrifice your whole life. Unfortunately I can’t say good things about the management. They intimidate their staff by telling them if they don’t work over time they will get wrote up. If you report an issue you will be targeted. There is No Communication between inspectors that work on the floor and upper management. Until there is an issue. There is No team. If you happen to work here. Watch your back. The favoritism game is very strong.

Great company to work for. They really care about providing a positive work environment for everyone. There is an onsite cafeteria with great prices, gym with locker room and showers, and a daycare planned!
