If you go through the drive thru be prepared for problems. Neither husband nor I could understand more than a few words in each exchange. Unsurprisingly part of our order wasn't entered and we had to wait additional time for all of our order. For the good part, the precious lady at the window was very sweet and nice, as she always is. She took care of us in a pleasant manner and KFC/Taco Bell should be very proud to have her as an employee. Our food was as ordered and was much better than any other KFC or Taco Bell that we occasionally visit.

Rude person at window know wander there wasn't anyone else in line probably go out of business with her aditude. Said she didn't care If any body was there. Lol
On September 20, 2020, at approximately 1:52 p.m., in NEW BOSTON, Texas, I arrived at the KFC to go to the drive through, a female voice come across the intercom, asking how she could help us; I stated, “I would like to place two separate orders”. She said, “Rudely, I can’t take 2 separate orders through the window, you can come in to do that”. I said, “Ok, thank you” I left. This the first time I have ever been told you couldn’t place separate orders through the drive through. It is no different from taken another’s car order behind me. I WILL NOT SPEND MONEY AT A BUSINESS THAT IS RUDE AND HAVE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I am traveling. I went right on down to Wendy’s and stayed the same thing, and I received my orders. Don’t eat at NEW BOSTON’s KFC.
The picture does no justice to the condition of this establishment. DDD... Dirty, Disorganized, Deficient. Kitchen is filthy, no hairnet or hat, floors disgusting, no syrup for soda, tables dirty, and the list goes on. One thing this establishment had right was the young lady who took my order with a smile.
