I brought my dog (a dachshund) here to be groomed. They did a fantastic job. His hair was cut exactly how we requested, and the young lady doing the grooming was very personable. We also bought a new collar and a couple treats and were very satisfied with both the quality and the pricing for everything. I'm happy to leave a review of five stars out of five stars for Mochapet! Thanks!

A couple of months ago we got our precious Labradoodle. We named her Cali and we have been in love with her ever since! The staff was awesome and the manager was there at the time we wanted to get her. He gave us an amazing deal for her and we are so grateful for that! She is now a healthy 5 month old pup!! We can't wait to take her back to visit all the staff!:)

I recently purchased a 38 gallon aquarium from here. I asked the employee what basic necessities I would need to set it up and about how much it would cost. For a filter, heater and substrate would be about 170. When asking about the filter, he said a 30 gal filter for a 38 gal tank would be fine.... even though filters should be able to sustain the bioload of a tank larger than what you have. When I checked out, the same employee rang me up and he could not focus at ALL; he couldn't remember the price of anything, what he'd told me before about the products, kept running in the back for extended periods of time when there was a line of people waiting to check out behind me. The price of the tank, filter, substrate, heater, and hood (which wasn't included on the tank) was 240, not 170 like he originally said. Which is fine, I just wish he would have been more concise about pricing). The tank didn't come in a box but they did wrap it up for me in cardboard, which I appreciate. Afterwards I double checked the recommended filter size for a 38 gal tank and later exchanged the 30 gal filter for a 55 gal. which was annoying because they should have suggested the 55 gal filter in the first place. Long story short, my quick tank research beforehand was more helpful than the employee. I will not be returning for fish or aquarium advice.

At this store quite often but they don't have items for co2 injection .we've never had an issue with fish or plants we have purchased there and the employees r great ! However some of their prices r higher then other pet stores . its the only pet store within 30 miles of this area

I understand that this is a pet store but when you walk in, the smell is so horrible you could gag. The animals cages are piled high with feces. The ferrets, of course they're musty anyway, but with all that poop, even worse. The kittens litter boxes are always so full every single time I'm there. Also, these animals looks so sad and hungry. The cats I saw were legitimately hungry and they had no food. I understand they only get fed at a certain time of the day but these animals are hungry and miserable. The staff here needs to stop slacking. Clean up the cages. Animals don't need to wallow in their own feces and they shouldn't have to be hungry. You work in a pet store and you show no sympathy. Take the dogs for a walk, pick up the ferrets, play with the cats, put a bird on your finger, do something besides walk the floors. Feed those poor animals and for God's sake, give all of them beds. The cats and dogs lay in a hard plastic "bed," it's so depressing. I don't support it here.

Excellent dog grooming, wide range of pet foods, and superb sales staff. No pressure on pet purchase. Seem to want a good fit for buyer and their new pet, not to just make a sale.

The Groomer at this location is spectacular. Our 2 dogs are sceptical of everyone and never trust anyone other then us. That said they like and trust her. That says EVERYTHING!!!
