Mr. Howard

Store Manager treated me like I was nothing. Rude, confrontational and completely unprofessional. I walked in with no greeting, however the person behind me received a nice \welcome in\. I made a request and she became irritated. She also tried to over-charge me on a deal that was clearly advertised as something else. Lastly, after bringing it to her attention, another colleague overheard and threatened to call the police. Seriously!? I asked for corporate and no one knew anything. SMH.
