I visited today and had samosas and hummus. It was delicious and I will be back for more. Plus I talked to the owner Rashmi and she is so delightful. It's a family-owned business and the cooking they do together is amazing.

We decided to order 7 Monks Cafe last night and it was exceptional! I have been following their social media during the COVID crisis and they are taking it very seriously. This business has adapted brilliantly to the new normal. By bringing the meal to us curbside and taking all the necessary precautions like wearing masks, gloves, and having sanitizing stations outside their door it makes it feel like a safe experience for all. Thank you for this! The Classic Butter Masala was delicious, my husband loved this dish! The Samosa & Baklava were my favorites. So delicious and different! We will be going back to this place again and again to discover all their different dishes.
Lots of flavor, even though I didn't order anything super exciting. All of the staff are super friendly. There's plenty of tables, both inside and out. They even have a shelf of games if you want to make an event out of it!
Very good curry. And very good baklava. I haven’t tried any of their Mediterranean food yet. But I will definitely be returning. I love that they appeal to a demographic of food that isn’t really represented anywhere else in this area.
So, I’ve enjoyed curry around the world (some of the best Indian styled curry in England), and I give this chicken creamy korma curry high marks. Just the right thickness of curry sauce, and excellent with rice. I had the mild and would have enjoyed a bit more heat (medium next time). A bit of salt made the curry flavor pop a bit more. The beef shawarma was also good, but nothing remarkable. All of our table loved the naan bread, both garlic and butter versions were amazing, especially dipped in the basil pesto hummus. We dined inside which was fine, comfortable temperature, actually felt a bit basic European kitschy, but there are picnic tables outside. The missing fifth star comes from three of us dining but the service was like we were taking the food to go - only one plate, two cutlery packs. Nothing too challenging and maybe different in non-pandemic conditions. We’ll definitely come back here! We ordered more hummus and naan to go. Thanks for bringing proper curry to our town! I’m a big fan.
