How does a highly recommend facility lose a 13 year old. This is unacceptable regardless of the circumstances. I would not take my dog to this place and entrust this facility with it. Ridiculous! Someone needs to be held accountable!

Loved working here! The kids that come to this facility are amazing in their own individual way. I enjoyed working with Miguel and Quiana they are amazing at their job! I also enjoy working for Jacob he’s amazing and very passionate about his job. The down side is being overworked, unappreciated by direct supervisor, Not being properly trained for situations that occur , supervisor being very dismissive to concerns and the direct supervisor would often Fraternize and show favoritism between staff. I’ve learned so much from connection from the good and bad but it has made me grow as a individual and in my work life.

Our granddaughter was entrusted to this facility to get day to day care. She's a very troubled 13yr old that is bipolar, suicidal with a defiant disorder. There is little structure to this facility that allows these kids to stay up or sleep as late in the afternoon as they want. We were just informed that she has walked out on them last night at 9pm & hasn't been found yet. We are told that the right authorities have been informed. We were also told that she left a few days ago too but returned. What kind of place is this? We thought she was in a safe place but now I have fear of her being kidnapped, trafficked, murdered or God knows what else.
