Claudia and her husband are kind and knowledgeable people. They make great cheeses and the milk is delicious. They allowed us to start our family goat herd with excellent genetics and have been very kind to answer all of our questions. Loving our goat family!

Goat's milk is so good. Tastes nothing like the stuff you get in stores. Goatilicious milk is smooth and creamy with no aftertaste. Will be doing the drive each week.

I am a soap maker and this is hands down the best goat's milk I have found. Turns out they were right there in my hometown too! I drink what I have left over and it is so good! The milk fat content is five star itself! I drive two hours to go pick it up, it's that good!

As a New Mexico transplant I was so happy to find Hatch Green Chile goat cheese in New Braunfels!! The young man running your stand today at the FrieheitFarmers market was not only knowledgeable but also well mannered. I could tell that he had a hand in making the cheese as well! Way to go folks! We will be looking forward to seeing him next week as we will have more money budgeted for the market!!

You can do that, goats, chickens, ducks, horses (full-size and miniature), donkeys, pigs and more; but don't be surprised if they ask you to help out a bit; after all, it is a working farm. Go!
