Does anyone know a second phone number? My elderly mom was just transferred there & I’ve been calling all evening & no one answers! I got someone to answer & explained the situation & she gave me my mom’s direct number. I called it, but my mom didn’t answer (she always has issues with phones). Her nurse called me right back & gave me an update on her & let me speak with her. Hopefully, the communication issue is resolved. I will sleep better tonight now that I’ve heard her voice.

From the transition from Christus Santa Rosa Hospital to Sundance Inn was smooth and professional. Members of the Senior Staff sat down with my wife and I to discuss a plan for his recovery. I found the Administrative Staff to be caring and efficient. The Physical Therapy Unit worked tirelessly to regain his strength and cognitive abilities for his transfer to assisted living. Whenever questions were addressed to his well being the Nursing Staff was on point. We highly recommend Sundance Inn for senior care and rehabilitation. Extremely impressed.

AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL place. If you love your family member DO NOT put them here. They are always short staffed and I have waited between 45 minutes and an hour AFTER pushing the call button for them to come change my Mother. Her roommate was having chest pains and no one came so I finally went down the hall and got help. Also, we paid in advance and my Mom passed away in May. We paid in advance and they owe us thousands of dollars and now are saying they are under new management and refuse to help us get our refund! Insult added to injury!

I brought my dad here (90 years old) for 1 week of rehab (after a 2 week hospital stay). We've continued coming 2 times a week for physical therapy. Strongly recommend. Staff works well with my dad and he is definitely stronger than before he ever landed in the hospital.

Updating my review to state we did finally receive the refund for the money we paid in advance. My brother was able to contact the previous management company and they sent us a check.
