Wonderful customer service! Can’t find it anywhere else! Abi was amazing and vary helpful. Package was super easy to ship a got there without a scratch. Would highly recommend anyone going there for all your postal needs.

I’m sad to say that my experience was a terrible one. If I could give less than one star, I would. I arrived just before 6pm at 5:59pm. The girl inside was vacuuming and quickly ran over to the lock the door when she saw me pull up. I took a screenshot of my location with the timestamp of 5:59pm. She completely ignored me knocking on the door and finally looked up and waved her hand saying she was closed and couldn’t help me. My packages already had labels on them they were ready to go. I am horrified that they would treat any customer in this manner and not, at the very least, offer an option. I know this is an independently operated franchise but I will never ever recommend this store again. Such a RUDE employee with no conscience of how she represented this center in the middle of a small town. When so many businesses are struggling, she just helped me tell everyone that they don’t really need the business and couldn’t care less about customer service. * Owner’s response is dismissive and not at all customer centric. I suppose asking employees to work 10-hour shifts means it is permissible to run and lock the door when a customer’s car pulls up at 5:59pm.
This store consistently goes above and beyond to help me with whatever I need. The employees are all extremely friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. There have been *multiple times* where they have my projects ready and waiting for me, even bringing them from another store far away (that has the special sized printer I needed) all the way here so that it is more convenient for me, saving me almost an hour of driving. That is service! They always greet me with a smile and get me in and out the door quick. I will chose them over competitors every time because they are so reliable.
I had a load of copying to be done and Abi jumped right in and offered to assist me. She was fast, friendly and extremely helpful. I was in and out in a matter of minutes!
