Use the US postal service to send packages to a APO address a few times. But went there recently to send care packages out for Christmas was told effective that day and effective this moment by Dale that they no longer send out to APO address due to covid. How convenient that effective that day and that moment they no long ship out to APO addresses. They went on with their excuses that they don't know how to use the shipping system and that the system is old and don't have the capability to ship out to APO address. I felt that they my made every excuses not ship out my items. And they were rude and very dismissive of me.
Very friendly and helpful! Just wish more customers would wear masks during Covid times.
Waited a short time They were very helpful with tape and getting my package to the destination at a good price
