The receptionist was very nice and tried to be helpful,but...The people I really need to speak to have not gotten back to me! (I know the reps are all very busy during this time... I sympathize with you. But...I still need to someone to assist me with a matter of interest.) So far... I've been put off and instead of the information I requested, I received a voter's registration form! I'm already a registered voter so why did I receive this? AND...I left a voicemail message for someone to get back to me (VERY IMPORTANT I have dated materials that need to be processed), and no one has done this yet!

Brought someone elderly there. So impressed with their efficiency and courtesy! In and out within an hour. Everyone there was super nice, super helpful and very respectful to her. The office was clean, not packed and they're so efficient. I was very impressed!

All Quik Checks have delicious coffee and inexpensive sandwich choices that are very good. However the layout of the Route 1 restaurant is not a friendly confine as sitting to relax, eat your meal and drink your coffee. The gas station is a good feature. I guess the intent is to move the customer in and out as quick as possible, no relaxing, I guess because the building is next door to a Wendy's where eating and relaxing are part of the experience.

Understaffed so there is a long wait to be serviced. The workers don't pay attention and are very insensitive.
