Over the past several years I have worked with numerous A/V and residential multimedia firms, and by far Robert Allen Multimedia is the best! We have had some particularly complex jobs and each and every time, Bob and his technicians are able to get the job done quickly. The best! When we renovated in 2008-2009, Robert Allen Multimedia provided us the with exact home entertainment system we desired, and we have been pleased ever since. This went so well that a few years later when we redid our apartment in NYC, we again asked RA Multimedia to replicate this in Manhattan. Both times, there was superb coordination with the general contractor and a perfect installation. Naturally, there are moments when one needs help with technical issues, and Bob and Chris have ALWAYS been there. No issue is too small for them. This team is easily accessible with polite, courteous, and professional service that is \spot on.\ That we remain big fans of RA Multimedia after more than 10 years suggests VALUE.
We have had Bob and his crew do several AV projects for us and they were excellent. Bob helped us pick appropriate products (large 4K screen monitors, tuners, SONOS, high end speakers and cabinetry to match our needs and budget. Their installation team was terrific and they have been very responsive to followup questions and periodic additions. I would definitely recommend them!

We just built a 6000 sq.ft house on Candlewood Lake and worked with Bob to install all our technology needs. He install all our internet connections including at the waterfront, all our sound systems, and our Control 4 System. He was unbelievable. He was cost effective, always available to answer questions during the build and install, and his after sale service is incredible. We are so happy with him, his people and his company we are using them again in the renovation of our coop apartment. We recommend Robert Allen Multimedia without hesitation.
