We did not purchase a spa from Clearwater but I went there looking for help with our much older spa. Leisure World where we purchased ours is now closed. Although Clearwater does not service what they do not sell, they were so helpful and actually solved my problem! I can’t say enough about this experience. What I DO know is that when we need to purchase any products for our spa or need a new one...this will be where we go. Thanks a bunch!!!

Excellent purchase and delivery experience with Clearwater Spas. Selecting a hot tub was easy there. The salesperson, Don, was thoroughly knowledgeable and informative. He didn't try to steer me to the most expensive hot tub. He spent a lot of time learning about what would work best for me and my family. As I was considering the different options, peppering him with questions, I became increasingly impressed with his expertise and patience. Delivery and installation was scheduled quickly (the model I chose was in stock in their warehouse). Martin, the installer, was fantastic and made sure everything was working well and that we understood the controls. He even stopped by our home the next week when he was in the area to make sure everything was working well. I wish all businesses were run as well as Clearwater Spas!

Don with Clearwater Spas is an amazing kind hearted individual. My son Fred Layaou III was the victim of a shooting during a home invasion on April 6th that left him paralyzed and in a wheelchair. Don was not only able to donate a hot tub for my son's therapy but he also delivered it at absolutely no charge. Thank you Don and Clearwater Spas for helping my family through this very difficult time we are going through. On behalf of myself and the Layaou family Thank you.

Clearwater is the only place I would ever recommend to buy a hot tub. Don and Karen are exceptional to work with and Don is definitely an expert in this field. We purchased our tub from them 7 years ago and have always gotten great service. I recommend ignoring the 2 negative comments...especially after reading the owner’s response.
