Oh, I love this place on the East Side, and only few truly know why...heterosexually speaking. The best part about that facility is I can freely express my transgressions in the multiple positive departments.

Not likely to find anything here. There's no Historical Society or anything like that. This county was founded in 1849. There are no public records, no census data, nothing. Where the heck is the tax money going.
No one seems to know what's going on in the departments they work in. I had time sensitive information that was supposed to be handled by the prothonotary office. 3 months after not receiving any kind of notification, mail, calls or otherwise, I went to the office to find out that my paperwork hadn't even been sent to the correct department and hadn't even been started! I'd normally say I'm surprised but sadly after living in that city for as long as I had, I'm not surprised at all. My advice, keep up on anything you \think\ is being handled correctly. Good luck!
The Federal Government would like to see how you spend their money New Castle Criminals in the Courthouse. I am personally going to sue this entity for endangering the welfare of a child and her Mother. You should probably do more research before you hand a child over to an unfit abuser with addiction issues.
