i have a Motorola phone that i bought from their website (meaning it's unlocked). wanted to switch from Google Fi to Tmobile because it's cheaper and i ran out of data. Employee took the sim card out of her phone (???) and told me that it wouldn't fit in my phone after awhile of messing with it. she also apparently didn't know what an sd card looked like because another employee had to tell her. she told me my phone was not compatible with t mobile and kept offering to check my credit to buy a new phone, even though i told her i don't want and cannot afford a new one several times. i checked Motorola's website to confirm the compatibility, at which point she told me that i keep saying the same things. i went to another store in Youngstown and had my new plan and ported my number in fifteen minutes.
