Not a reliable company: 1.) They don't arrive as prompted to the text message. 2.) They also don't call clients back to let them know if they are running behind or that there isn't any drivers available. 3.) There's one dispatcher that is very rude when helping customers. I will not EVER call or RECOMMEND this cab company to anyone. I hope they figure this out or they will continue to lose business.

Hung up on me when asking the price for three different towns from haverstraw to tomkins cove, tried to overcharge me 12 dollars from haverstraw to West haverstraw, then from haverstraw to tomkins cove and hafter hanging with up on me and saying they're going to call police within the last hour, they said it's up to the driver not the taxi depending on where it comes from, but when I called and asked they said something different and they're a waste of time. They argued and tried to call the police when I lit their spot up.
Terrible company. I’m a consistent customer and they somehow manage to not only overcharge but take forever to get to my house. Lately they haven’t been picking up at all for not only me but other customers as well.
I use them because they are close to where I live. I do like the mobile app feature they have, where you receive a text from them letting you know how far away the cab is. Only downside, a lot of them don't speak or understand English and the one who answers the calls isn't the most polite. As another person said, he will hang up on you before you finish and you have to assume he heard you because he does not confirm much for you. And my suggestion for paying the fee is, take the trip one or two times to your destination, and ask how much each time, but stick with the lowest price for the same destination in the future and don't bother asking the driver. Just hand him the money and leave. If you don't know Spanish, chances are they can't argue with you anyway.
