Anderson’s chimney is very professional and we are using them from now on. We had techs Ed and David servicing our pellet stove and did a great job. They were thorough with inspections and cleaned up during and after their service. Courteous and very helpful with recommendations. Great office staff as well. Thanks for putting our concerns to rest.

Worth the wait! Had Edwin (Ed) and Eric dream team out to inspect and clean our chimney for a wood burning stove in our kitchen. We recently purchased a home that is almost 200 years old! (1830) and I had no idea what condition the chimney was in. With safety in mind I decided not to do the try it out and see approach. I feel much better knowing that it is very clean and operational. They were punctual, professional, and courteous AND they did a good job. They didn't do my taxes for me... but what more could you want out of your chimney service appointment.
Very courteous and helpful....from service people to customer service staff. Everything was explained in layman's terms during their work. Upon follow-up...the technician re-explained everything again to this \boomer\ who has trouble understanding...!! Thanks for a seamless service experience.

Needed an emergency visit because my house was filled with smoke. They came out even though it was the end of the day. Found the problem fixed it and fixed another issue. They had all the supplies with them to completely fix the issue on the spot. I am extremely happy with their service. And I was warm last night because I could continue to use the woodstove. THANK YOU!!!!
