Well in the beginning is a good relationship with the gentleman ordering materials for my deck at home. Removing old PT installing Trex decking. I got two estimate from them at a very slow pace. I had to call or email for my quote’s. It took over days to received them. Later I had to add more materials. Man it was like asking for the gold. Email him in the end of June and the first week of July. As of today no email or call about the decking materials. I didn’t even called again or send another email. Very poor communication with clients. And you want to buy local instead of shopping with the big stores.

Extremely Poor Customer service and unprofessional. Would not recommend their service for ordering doors or windows. Extremely slow response time on putting orders together/ sign-off, coupled with unprofessionalism of management.
