New Era Epoxy was referred to me. We have not had good luck with contractors so i was hesitant. Derrick was very professional. He kept me in the loop and touched base with me regularly. His crew was quick and efficient and they showed up on time both days. The floors themself are beautiful and the turned out great. New Era did a great job! I am very happy with the outcome!

Juan and his crew are amazing. We had our floors epoxied by TCR . They quoted us for cleaning, prepping and two coats of epoxy... they failed to do the prep work. We met Juan and consulted us on what to do get our floors done correctly. They came in to explain to us process for fixing floor a did an amazing job. During the curing process of first coat the roofer who works for Ruiz roofing agreed to not walk on roof but did anyways acknowledging floor wasn’t complete. Juan had to come in do another coat to removed contaminants failing from ceiling caused by roofer walking on roof. Floor would have been perfect if roofer didn’t walk on roof but Juan got floor looking great. Grading floor it’s 99.99% ( would have been 110% if roofer didn’t walk on roof . If he does your floor it will beat your expectations

Prefect customer service. They went way beyond the service they first offered. After another business ruined our floors, New Era came in sanded layers of sealer and wax to the original concrete then started staining and sealing to our satisfaction. They went will above the level of customer service anyone would have excepted!!

I highly recommend New Era Epoxy Flooring! Not only is their work of the highest quality, but their customer service is outstanding. Juan and Derek completed a metallic epoxy floor in my home nearly two months ago. The results were excellent, and when the floor sustained some scratches several weeks later, they returned and buffed them out at no charge. They are true professionals and I highly recommend them for any project!
