So disappointed!! My parents live around the corner from this ice cream shop and I’ve had good experiences in the past but not tonight. I don’t quite understand how an ice cream shop could have NO ice cream! Apparently they are switching distributors so they ran out and were only offering soft serve until Tuesday...and today is Saturday. Besides this, the soft serve vanilla stopped working and then they ran out of soft serve altogether as well. My husband asked if he could buy an individual ice cream sandwich that he saw in the freezer and was told no, that they had to be purchased as an entire package. We also noticed that the prices in general were 2x as much as they were when we last visited. With no owner in sight, it looked like just a bunch of kids doing their best to hold down the fort. The only happy customer was my dog who was able to get a cup of whipped cream. We drove an hour and I had been looking forward to the visit as it’s been a treat to finally have a fun place to hang out when in town. Maybe next time?? :(

I bring my kids here all the time for a nice treat. They enjoy all the flavors and the toppings. I think the ice cream is great too! We always have such a great time when we come.

Some things have improved from my last visit while some things haven’t. The outdoor seatings lighting remains poor, the ice cream flavors still aren’t visibly available, and there isn’t any hand sanitizer. However, this spot has improved since there’s now soft serve. Though, I think the customers should be more prioritized as there’s slow service and poor seating
