I appreciated the fact that I had come in the day before for an oil change and was told that I had a long wait. I was given an opportunity to try again later but just opted to come the next day out of convenience for me. When I returned the next day I was greeted and my service was done in a timely fashion. Also the staff took time to go over all the paper work and let me know that a service I requested wasn't done because it wasn't neccessary at the time. I was very pleased.
