Lincoln Peak Vineyard Reviews | Rating 4.5 out of 5 stars (5 reviews)

Lincoln Peak Vineyard is located in New Haven, United States on 142 River Rd. Lincoln Peak Vineyard is rated 4.5 out of 5 in the category vineyard in United States. On the farm just north of Middlebury, VT, Lincoln Peak Vineyard grows 12 acres of cold-hardy winegrapes and makes 10 different wines exclusively from estate-grown grapes. The Granstrom family has been farming here for more than 30 years (apples and strawberries before grapes), and the grapes thrive on Champlain Valley's sunny warm summer days and cool nights. Our signature red wine, Marquette, is still making converts to Vermont wine, and our rich, sweet Late Harvest is finishing many a meal with dessert in a glass. Thanks to the support and enthusiasm of our fellow Vermonters, we're able to sell all of our 25,000 bottles annually within our home state. We're grateful to be farming and making wine in such a vibrant, interested, and thirsty community.

This is our favorite winery in the area. Love their Farnsworth, Marquette, Ragtime ( which I hear they are bringing back) and their Rosé this year. While they are not doing tastings, you can order and pick up your wine. Chris, the owner, is knowledgeble and helpful. Their wine club is a great deal.

Major speed trap nearby. At the bottom of a huge downhill if you are going over 50 mph they will get you. PSA if you're visiting the winery - be careful - you may be pulled over. This is one of those towns that likes to make money on people from out of state who can not come back to contest the ticket.

Wine tasting was lovely, as was the view of the pond and the grape vines. Wish they still had the wine growlers there to fill. We forgot ours in New York and they unfortunately don't have them there anymore!! Love their wine!!

Great spot to sip some wine, throw some bags and get your relax on.
