Great Drs office!! Very friendly, always willing to help. I've never had an issue in 2 years. They've helped me in anyway they possibly could at every turn in the road!!!

They are very nice and helpful. Always get an appointment with in a few days. I always get a call back with in the hour if it's after hours.
I am giving 3 stars for the sake of Lou, Marie, and Lisa. Lou and Marie have always been peaches; Lisa works with people regarding finances and I appreciate all she had tried to do. Although the last time they wouldn't allow me to speak to her. They failed to charge my Credit Card and penalized me for it, treating me with such disrespect! The lady (either the Dr's wife or relative is rude and obnoxious! She literally lied accusing me of \yelling\ at her when I am so respectful and I live by the saying \Treat others as you want to be treated\ and not everyone with drug use history is trying \to get over\. My CC was stolen and I updated the information and it's not my fault they didn't charge me for 2 months! Then I asked for my balance because for the past year they kept saying I owe money yet they NEVER told me how much and charged me 50.00 every 2 weeks (for over a year) then changed it and said I don't get medications unless I pay for the \visit\ over the phone. She said \if you don't pay (50) you don't get your medication\. What type of doctors office will tell someone that? Thankfully I am not in early stages of recovery - they would have sent someone right back to drugs by refusing them meds. I can't believe someone can cry wolf by saying \don't raise your voice at me\ \stop telling at me\ to make a scene as if I was the one who was yelling to make me look bad. As many people I referred to him that he had to request to increase the amount of patients. I love the Dr. Although I only saw him once. Lol... I believe people will reap what they sow. And not allowing me to speak to Lisa is facts.
This place is horrible. I get text messages from them saying I missed my appointment when they don’t ever make one for me to miss. Any medicine has to be taken every day and if we don’t we could get sick from not having that medicine in our system. I get sick 2 times a month because they don’t refill prescriptions unless I call 5 times. Illegal what they do. I haven’t gone to office in months due to corona. They charge my insurance for visits when I get a refill over the phone. IF YOUR SICK STAY AWAY OR JUST CALL AND SPEAK TO THE MISERABLE UNHELPFUL PERSON WHO ANSWERS AND YOU WILL WANT TO GO ELSEWHERE.
Don't listen to the bad reviews I've been going to this dr for about 7 years now and have had no issues with them in regards to staff making appointments or getting my prescriptions. The last guy who reviewed must be a new disgruntled patient who is either not taking his appropriate dose and running out early or does not understand how the appointments are booked, you get 2 weeks worth of medication because your appointment is every 2 weeks. I get my physicals and everything else done there he is my primary care dr also and like I said no complaints on the contrary they've helped me in times where other Dr's wouldn't. And yes you're still going to get charged for not going into the actual office there is still work that is done in regards to record keeping and filing prescriptions, no dr office is going to do anything for free they're a business not a charity.
