I have had nothing but great experiences with both Paul Paul Jr. and his wife. They have always been willing to negotiate the pawn and give me what I need. I wouldn't deal with any other pawn shops. Thanks for everything Kim Prodoti
The owner there was extremely rude. He kept walking away from me while I was trying to ask questions about my son for Christmas, because his Xbox broke.. He kept telling me everything was 300. Just being a sarcastic, arrogant jerk. I will never set foot back into that place ever again. And I will tell everybody I know about this..
I was here a few weeks ago and brought a trunk full of items.. I opened my trunk and before I couldn’t even open it all the way the man told me they didn’t take anything that I had.. so I tried to show him what I had one by one and he started to walk away as I was showing him.. decided to give it another try and the second time I went the second gentleman that works there started yelling at my friend and I for being next to each other (yes I understand the social distancing rule but there isn’t much space in there to begin with so if there’s enough people inside it’s kind of impossible to stay away from each other) after I sold one of my items and got COMPLETELY LOW BALLED for it I took the rest of my “unsellable” items to Communications Express in west haven and they gave me money for everything I had and they were very nice and helpful definitely recommend that place instead of here you’ll 100% get your moneys worth!
I recently posted a one star on this very site after purchasing a Jamis bicycle for 300 then having to take it into a bike shop for repairs which totaled 140.00. Since I did not receive a call back I had assumed I was being ducked. Thought I am new to the area I have a history of making a lot of purchases at pawn shops and I was hoping this would have been one of them moving forward. Sadly that will be unlikely however, due to the response I did receive on here and the fact I am a little less upset today as 24 hours have passed. I changed my one start review to 3 star review.
