STRONGLY RECOMMEND going to Fix My Computer Please LLC!!! They offer solid state hard drives... They work well as our laptop was accidently knocked onto the ground recently from about 4 feet off the ground. The laptop was running and the man explained that sometimes things can get messy with hard drives if they're dropped. Thankfully in a solid state HD, there are no moving parts, so this helps with durability. It was nice that it was explained to me in such a way that I could understand simply and I gained knowledge on what the differences are with HD.

Our family has purchased several computers at Fix My Computer Please, LLC, in New Holland over the years, both for schooling and for our small business. As one who is not particularly computer saavy, I just let them know the intended use of the computer I am looking for, and I have always been happy with the options they suggest. No high-pressure sales; just good, honest service. I have been impressed with the quality of the computers at, what I feel are, very reasonable rates. Additionally, I have found the customer service to be outstanding. In my experience, the staff at Fix My Computers in New Holland goes out of their way to take care of their customers. I've been working remotely since late March due to the current Covid-19 situation. Primarily I've worked from my house at the Jersey Shore, but recently I've been spending time at a campground in Lancaster County. I'm still working, and yesterday my computer decided to not start up when I pushed the button. It's an old computer, and the possibility that it could not be salvaged hung over me. If I couldn't get it repaired, I'd have to head back to NJ and leave the family here in PA for another 4 days until I could return. Fortunately I found these folks, called, had a nice conversation discussing my issues. I was advised to call back at 1 when the tech returned. I called back, was told to bring it in and they could look at it. The tech took the cover off, did some checking of various components, and got it back working again. What for him was a simple series of tests was beyond my working knowledge of computers. He hooked it up to a monitor, checked some more things, and said I was good to go. I was back to work that afternoon, and I'm sitting here this a.m. typing from the same computer getting ready to dive into some work. Thank you to the staff for helping me out and understanding my circumstances. Love the New Holland community!
Jose was really friendly and knowledgeable on the phone and gave my computer the attention it needed in the short time he had it. Brian, the owner, is really nice and very friendly to work with.
I buy almost all my computers here the staff is friendly and is willing to help you find what you want.
