Terrible the way you are treated when you walk in is not acceptable the Rosa at the front desk with the dark curly hair her attitude is very nasty. When patients walk in they are expected to be treated kindly especially since there are nerves when going into a new office 10 out of 10 would highly not recommend

Needed to visit for an MRI.. staff was friendly and very professional.. Paul, technician who performed MRI was outstanding; very professional, friendly, walked me through the entire procedure knowing that I had a claustrophobia issue.. made the experience more tolerable... Barry P.

AVOID - go someplace else - they are not a healthcare provider - just in it for the money. my wife and I made our scheduled appointment, filled out all the documents, but wanted payment up front that based on hitting our out-of-pocket max would not be owed. I ASKED THAT THEY CONFIRM WITH CIGNA, which the incompetent employees at the desk would not do. apparently they are there strictly to collect money, and not for patient assistance.. Since the time of our scheduled appointment passed and we were obviously not going to be seen till we paid, we opted to leave - they have now emailed and mailed us a 300 bill. They are not only incompetent, but extremely greedy. By far the worst case of unprofessional ism i have experienced to date. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

Billing Dept. does not even deserve one star. This staff (more than one) are snippy, rude, demeaning, and continue to try to convince me their incorrect records are correct. This has been going on for months. The latest is they sent me a copy of my statement which is incorrect. My Visa statement substantiates my records , which are correct. One payment I made was not even on the copy of the statement they sent me & another payment had the incorrect amount recorded. It is bad enough they are incorrect, we all make mistakes at some time in our life, but these employees actually attempt to convince patients (despite proof) they are invincible and could not possibly have made a mistake. Humility ? They do not know the word - just attack and demean the patient. These employees do not make errors. Why do I continue to remain a patient at Neurological Associates - because I am fortunate enough to call Dr. Dwight Rosenstein , Neurologist, who treats my migraines. my Physician. He is the BEST!!

Dr. DeAngelis is the best neurologist out there, she is knowledgeable and empathetic and she has saved my life more than once. Sometimes you do have to wait to see her and yes, sometimes it can be difficult to park but it is well worth it! She is an excellent diagnostician and she explains everything clearly. If you are admitted to the hospital, she comes every day. I can’t say enough good things about her. Saying that I highly recommend her is an understatement!

Horrible customer service! I will never come to this establishment again!! The doctor that serviced me was very pleasant, but the office staff makes your experience. They can apparently choose to withhold information from your insurance company and reprimand you for your frustrations and misunderstandings. There is no accountability for actions in this office, there is no courtesy. No matter what there always needs to be first an understanding of where the patient/ customer is coming from, instead office staff decides to continue to fault you for your mistakes and are unaccommodating and unwilling to help with misunderstandings. They also decide to get upset at you for your tone, when their tone is unbecoming initially. Billing department/ office staff horrible. DO NOT RECOMMEND. I will never come back here again.

I don’t even know where to start. I have multiple health issues and it’s not easy. Dr. DeAngelis has changed my outlook on life in such a positive way. We all have our moments but she’s caring enough to make sure you don’t give up. She will make sure no corner is left unturned with your health. Dr.DeAngelis is very knowledgeable in her field and always thinks out of the box. She knows how to explain things so you understand. I have a lot of health issues and because of her I know I’m living my best life. If she’s not available the other doctors and nurses are amazing. The staff is super friendly. I have been to a few Nero’s; her or anyone in the practice is the go too. I am beyond thankful for her.
