This is a TERRIBLE office. I was maintained on high Opioid meds for several yrs. Violating our agreed treatment plan, I was discharged from office.I am a licensed health professional. They left me with No Referral, interim Meds or suggestions. Reasons were given by a form letter. Referred to medical THC being in tests. No discussion was had. Left me in terrible, DANGEROUS, position. I was on my way to a 28 day detox center having no support. My representatives will soon be at the office with lots of questions. PLEASE DONT TRUST THEM DR S

I do not recommend coming to this place. I was given 2 epidurals for a cervical herniation that didn't help. I work as a medical assistant for several practices and the patient service is horrible here. I've been waiting several weeks for a prior authorization for medication and for physical therapy. They do not want to take that extra step to help a patient. Here is your script and you deal with the rest! What a waste of time.

This pain management practice should be the standard of care within the industry. Dr. Patel and Dr. Kahn are physicians who are on top of their game. Very intelligent, friendly and just flat out AMAZING. I am so grateful being a patient under their care. The rest of the staff is amazing!!!! YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED IF YOU DECIDE TO BECOME A PATIENT. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT.

Dr. Patel and the team of The Spine and Pain Institute of NY are top-notch and very caring people. They take the time to explain things to you and do everything they can to help you in the best way possible. They are always on time if not early and spend whatever time that is needed to answer any and all questions and explain every and all options to help you recover. I have been treated by them now for over a year and I could truly say that Dr. Patel and her team go above and beyond the level of professionalism that I have ever personally witnessed by any practice in my entire life.
