I almost never write reviews, but this time I have to. Our house is in a nice location, but we never did anything to make the entrance beautiful. This year we decided to landscape. I asked my neighbors whom they would suggest, and 2 or 3 of them said they had been pleased with Yardapes. I wasn’t sure I wanted to call. I envisioned a bunch of guys with their knuckles dragging on the ground coming down my driveway. Well, I am very glad I overcame that fear. A brilliant landscape designer, Jon, showed up, looked around and started thinking. It was a little like watching an artist painting a picture. Within the week, he sent me sketches of a design with pictures of the most beautiful plants and shrubs. The price was fair, and I gave the go ahead. I have been thrilled that the end result was way better than the sketches or the pictures. The job took several days and the people who came to do the work were excellent and very knowledgeable. I cannot make a higher recommendation. This was a very positive experience.

Kyle and his crew are wonderful! I am a busy single mother and having my lawn taken care of all summer allowed me to spend precious time with my family. Now that fall clean up is complete I am just so delighted! Everything looks better than it ever has! Do not hesitate but to use this service!

I requested mole treatment and was given a written contract. The contract specified grub control application and “ mole treatment application performed monthly May through October.” The charge was listed below under Total. After one visit they charged me for the total amount which I foolishly paid. They never returned. When I called to ask what was going on, they told me the “Total “ price was for the one treatment. Subsequently, they said the contract was mistaken. They would be happy to continue treatments at 119 a pop! I declined. I cannot comment on the quality of the job since they did not finish it. I can certainly understand that “mistakes” happen, but this company made absolutely no effort to honor their own contract. I can’t do business with a company that raises the cost after you’ve agreed to their terms.
