Great ambiance. Slightly upscale than other restaurants in the area but the patrons were still dressed casual. The entire staff was overly attentive. At least 4 people checked on our small party of 2 constantly. The food was well plated and very well seasoned. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Everything was spectacular. Food, drinks, and service, and the restaurant itself is beautiful. We'll be back

Take the time to get to know the staff, they will tell you about the history of the building and restaurant. The food is amazing we had the pasta jambalaya and the tomato mozzarella salad.

Went to NOLA with the homies for my bachelor's party. We wanted one night that was a proper sit down restaurant to enjoy a great meal, drink some wine, and just boss up. Did some research before heading down to NOLA and with the great reviews and hearing there was a live band, decided to book a reservation at Sbisa. As soon as you step in, you feel the atmosphere here. The staff were very attentive, professional, and on point. Absolutely no hiccups with their service. The food.... It was excellent! Ordered the catch of the day and added the BBQ shrimp to the place. The shrimp was probably the most flavourful shrimp I have ever had in my life, no joke! The fish was cooked very well too but the shrimp was certainly a game changer. We enjoyed each other's company, paired with great wine, live music, and food. The dinner really set us up right for a night out in the Big Easy. Thank you, Cafe Sbisa staff!

We dined at Sbisa on our last night in NOLA. We wanted an authentic NOLA dining experience without all the hubbub and pomp. We considered the mainstay restaurants like Brenans or Arnaud's but settled in Sbisa. Located near the French Market it is far from the bustle of Bourbon St. It does not look like much from the outside but was elegant and comfy inside. Service was wonderful from the moment we entered. Only glitch was our server did not bring bread which the Maitre d' caught and corrected. The food was excellent. We enjoyed each dish for our 3 course meal. Price was reasonable for the quality and taste of the food although not cheap. We were also entertained by three wonderful musicians who played a mix of RnB and classic Jazz. We met them outside and they were total gentlemen. Overall Sbisa is a great dining option if you don't mind getting off Bourbon St.

Good Food In The Historic French Quarter My son-in-law and daughter invited me to eat here for the first time. The place is one of the oldest restaurants around with the expected décor common to the French Quarter. The night we went they had a 2 member band playing jazz music. I ordered the turtle soup, wedge salad, and the lamb chops. The service was excellent and the food was good. This is a place that one would like to try traveling to New Orleans or even a good choice for the locals.
