Went in for free COVID testing that was indicated as free on their website and by their staff, two months laters I have a 204 bill. I had originally refrained from saying anything negatively about this facility considering the fact that the test was free. I was waiting for two hours to be seen for the COVID test, (I had even had a scheduled an appointment).... and it took an additional hour to draw the blood. I am extremely unhappy with how this facility handled my visit and care.

The front desk ladies are very nice...but once you walk through the door it’s a very ghetto and unprofessional atmosphere...mainly the nurses...makes me question their certifications And just to clear the air...that star is there just to write this review....NO STARS FROM ME!!

If I could give this place a half of star I would. I felt like I was very mistreated and racially profiled at DEPAUL COMMUNITY HEALTH ON CARROLTON AVE NEW ORLEANS, LA. I did not get the proper treatment, or appropriate care that I needed. The doctor was very incompetent and did not want to follow proper protocol. The front desk was rude and unprofessional, and would imposed be manager to keep staff “safe” from getting reported. Thankfully I did get in contact with a manager over the phone after coming down to the office for the 3rd time after being lied to about mangers and supervisor not being there, when they were. Problem still wasn’t resolved. I’ll never come back here again, and would HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND patients to be seen there.
