I am very disappointed in the customer service offered by GCA. I bought my significant other a gift certificate last year for a discovery flight as he wants to learn to fly. Unfortunately he is a grad student and did not call to redeem it until the week of his birthday this year and at first they refused to honor it. When they finally conceded, they charged him an additional 20 as they raised their price (literally late by a day when he spoke with them because his birthday fell over the weekend.) He asked about applying the credit to flight lessons instead and they refused to consider it. Therefore, though he did enjoy the flight itself, they did just lose a customer.

I took a Discovery Flight today and the whole experience was a pleasure from start to finish. Bobby was a great instructor and an overall very interesting and positive guy. He went beyond just instructing a beginner flight lesson to posing though provoking questions about what you enjoy in life and providing information on how to follow your dreams. I recommend this company and Bobby to anyone who has ever wanted to try flying or just wanting to break the monotony of daily living.
