A lovely store with an even more lovely staff. A handsome gentleman with red hair helped me pick out the most lovely housewarming gift.
I had wanted to visit this shop for years. Finally I, a trip to New Orleans made the time to go. Shop has lovely things. I shopped took my items to the desk for check out there was a man and woman behind the desk. Neither greeted nor spoke to me. Finally the man bellowed at the younger girl working there can you help her meaning me as he stormed to,another part of the store. The young lady was delightful and took very good care of me. However I will not be visiting the store nor would I recommend my friends go there. I may be wrong but I believe good customer service is the life blood of a business. Perhaps Hazelnut should send the man and woman home and let the younger woman take care of the business.
Gorgeous merchandise. Wanted to purchase one of everything. Bought a gift, it was wrapped beautifully, carefully and shipped. No problems. Lovely to work with.
