Booked for a private Bachelorette Party and we had the best time! Chef Octavio was entertaining and knowledgeable about food science and we even learned to flip a crepe and set some food on fire! Highly recommended for something fun to do with a group.

My family (2 adults 3 kids) booked a private cooking lesson with Chef Amy. She was wonderful to work with prior to the day to make the experience rewarding for all of us (ages 4-40). Chef Amy was very welcoming, like we were part of her family, and taught us a lot about making gumbo, cheese grits, jambalaya, etoufee, etc. Her snacks were so tasty that I wish we could have bought some of them. Woven into the cooking lessons were fun personal stories and a little history of the area and food. Our kids loved the hands-on lesson and going through the steps of making gumbo and then crepes. We all had a turn at the pot even our 4 yr old. We all got to plate our food like a professional chef including cleaning the plate after serving for the perfect look. The cooking lesson was a fun family experience that I recommend to all. All of us left wanting to do more cooking. My kids have already asked if they can have another cooking experience with Chef Amy. Maybe next time when we visit N.O.

My Husband and I had the best experience with my parents. We are locals from Louisiana and it was still so much fun to learn about the history of food and ingredients we've used our whole life. The staff is top notch, beyond friendly, and super knowledgeable. It's the perfect balance of cooking and enjoying eating! The food was phenomenal! This was an exsperience and memory we won't forget! It's amazing to experience instruction and service from people that actually love what they do. It creates such a great atmosphere. Thank you to Langlois for blessing us with such a wonderful time! My parents couldn't have given us a better Christmas gift!

Just left. Had a lovely intimate dinner that felt like friends getting together. We instantly became friends with the people sat with us. The chef was highly entertaining and informative. The food was expertly prepared with surprising flavors. Highly recommend.
