Located inside the iconic Royal Sonesta New Orleans hotel in the heart of the French Quarter, Restaurant R’evolution’s menu reflects a melding of the chefs’ distinct culinary styles. Steeped in the diverse historic and cultural influences of Louisiana, the menu features not only the chefs’ interpretations of New Orleans classics such as gumbo, po’ boys, and beignets, but also new creations highlighting ingredients from what Chef Folse refers to as “the swamp floor pantry.” Tableside service components play an important role in the dining experience, promoting guest engagement about the history and evolution of the food they are enjoying.

The atmosphere from beginning to end was amazing. Issac who was one of our servers made us feel welcome and helped explain a lot of the dishes. The food was spectacular. I could not recommend a better place!

This is a culinary experience is a must while in NOLA- creole and southern creations crafted my masters in an upscale yet charming atmosphere. Service was attentive but not overbearing. Pricey, but one of the few places you definitely get your money's worth.

This was the best dining experience we have had in decades! Tina, our server was fun and professional! Sam, the chef is a culinary artist! Thank you guys so much for a wonderful time and memory!!!! I’d give them 10 stars if I could. Well worth the money!!!!! The steak melts in your mouth. The quail was incredibly Devine! The appetizers were out of this world! The service was world class! Great Job!

The ambiance was astonishing. It's cozy, white, airy, and bright. The bakery section was beautiful. They have art, and it looked so appealing. For me, it was the perfect pastries that I've ever seen. They were all executed with perfection. Even the packaging of the desserts was amazing! It made me wanted to buy everything. I loved it so much!

My wife and I had a very memorable anniversary dinner at Rest. R'evolution last night. As most people are aware, New Orleans has it's fair share of high-end restaurants to pick and choose from in the City; I've been to my fair share of most of them. Our dinner at R'evolution was by far one if the most high quality experiences I've had in the city. Not only was the food fabulous but the wait staff was incredible. If your in town and looking for a tremendous experience with food that makes it even better, don't miss this one. I would even recommend calling ahead and ask for our waiter, Kevin and his team... He and his team gave us just the right amount of time between conversions and also were quick with recommendations both on and off menu. Kevin even selected a great wine for myself while was more than appreciate. Worth more than 5 stars and should be one your top 5 must visits for all you foodies out there... Get the Crab Beignets, Beef TarTar and any entree... Can't go wrong!!
