Halal food... very satisfying. It's so savory. Looking forward to coming back with my coworkers. The bill was decent. This place has great reviews for a reason.

We are visiting from Houston and decided to come here based on high reviews on yelp. We ordered 7 mins ahead and when we got here, our order was ready. We placed order for chicken and gyro platter and chicken lula kabab. When we got here, by mistake, he made it beef lula kabab and told us he will be making the chicken, but we decided to stick with the beef and oh boy that was good we did that. It was absolutely delicious. It was juicy, spiced appropriately, and every bite was a delight. The chicken and gyro was also good, but lula beef kabab was definitely the winner. I loved their rice. Every grain had an amazing taste to it and so did their sauces. One of the best places we had Mediterranean food. Will highly recommend and probably will return before we head out to Houston.

I picked up a couple wraps for lunch for my bf and I from this place today after hearing how good it was from a friend. I live in midcity so going to uptown feels like a major headache but this place is worth it! I would trek across the city for their gyro wrap, which my bf had today. Their falafel wrap and hummus is also delicious. The person who took my order was very kind and the food was ready in 8 minutes as she had said. I highly recommend this place and am excited to return.
Family owned and staffed. Exceedingly friendly and helpful. Owner handed me bites to try several different items on the menu, all of which were great. The portions are huge and price was even better. Value and quality are both out of the park at this place (I got the gyro wrap the first go round and will be back for a chicken wrap). Ignore the fact that it's in the gas station. This is the same family the owns several other prominent Mediterranean places around town. You like shawarma? You on the go? Swing by Shawarma on the Go. You'll be pleased.
