Pretty entertaining and educational experience. Museum have 2 floors dedicated to Hurricane Katrina and Mardi Gras experience . It’s always great to get familiar with the culture of the area where you travel . This museum serves the purpose fine

Modern takes on the city Though I'm not much of a fan of memorializing Hurricane Katrina: It was a painful experience I'd rather file away: The Presbytere features Mardi Gras costumes and often a trove of historic dresses from the 1800s to modern times. It has regularly rotating displays and the Katrina section is permanent. A great respite on a steamy, summer day.
Beautiful wedding reception. Delicious food. Excellent drinks. Wonderful staff. Lots of rooms filled with beautiful memorabilia and history. Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.
A friend of a friend's relative works here and it is evident that staff are emotionally abused here and cliques are formed. HR for all of the museums in the city of NOLA need to actually need to GET TO WORK and prevent harassment especially against PEOPLE OF COLOR. emotional abuse is not okay.
Quick tour of Hurricane Katrina exhibit (still emotional) and Mardi Gras exhibit. Definitely recommend.
