First time here today. Ordered a breakfast sandwich. Was wonderful. The home fries were awesome. Two young ladies working the register were very polite and brought the food out to my truck. Ill be back here in the future

Could not of been more disappointed with our experience here. We loved 9 on main and went to try this place out since it’s across the street and merging with it. They are curbside pickup only which is great in the current times and you have to order by phone, which is a bit annoying when they don’t have an up to date menu anywhere visible as they were out of a lot of options. This is also fine although not ideal. Asking for an ice coffee resulted in them informing us that the don’t have ice. Starting to get not fine, but still want to support local so continued forward. They took our order and credit card info and said it will be ready shortly. 20 minutes later we ask them and they said they didn’t have a ticket for our order... not sure how else we could of gotten a ticket for our order since you have to call to place the order. The staff was not sympathetic and on trying to re place our order they needed our credit card again which resulted in us leaving.

You can get fresh produce here as well as cheese, flowers and soups but it is not consistently stocked. Lately it has been run by seemingly inexperienced staff and there is confusion with phone orders. Last week I stopped by to inquire about buying some flowers on my way home and the woman who came by the door was not friendly. I also saw a package left outside for someone with melting ice cream sitting there! Hope things improve as it had been a nice shop.

This store is located in the village of New Preston. The goods for sale on the lower level are locally sourced. I've even seen raw milk for sale. The upper level often contains work of local artists and makes a great performance space. This is a very creative use of the old building.
