I could write a long review detailing my experiences, but I'll just say I love this place and will be back soon! So glad to have such a great jewelry store right here in New Richmond.

This was my first experience with Beth's Jewelry Shop. I traveled 20 miles for my first appointment with Beth. My local jeweler had retired and my last jewelry purchase, 4 years ago, was with a big box jeweler. I was just not happy with the look and style of my ring. Beth is very creative! No style is ever out of the question. She can work with any piece of jewelry to uniquely fit your personality. She will contact several buyers to see that you get the best value and quality for the piece of jewelry you are going to be purchasing. Beth understands you are making a commitment, and will do everything possible to make sure you are satisfied. Her customers trust her opinions, and are confident knowing the final product will be something they will love to wear! She is not only a jeweler, but a local business owner for over 25 years, and a friend to all in her community. That was evident, as I watched customers come and go in her shop. She makes it a personal visit as well as business. She is an exceptional community member! I am now proud to call Beth my personal jeweler and friend!

Not only is Beth a great aunt, she's also an amazing businesswoman. Always providing excellent customer service to everyone who walks into the shop. My husband bought my engagement/wedding ring set from her and she knew exactly what I would like. She's our go-to if we have any problems with our jewelry, especially when it needs to be resized. I had a beautiful mystic topaz that I bought from the dells, and she helped me find the perfect setting for it. You will never find another jeweler who presents such caring and kindness to her customers.
