Bob really knows his stuff and gladly shares his thoughts on things. But the store really limits their hours, and the hours on the door, the hours on Bob's answering machine, and the hours on Google don't match--so good luck getting in. We went by and Bob was there but didn't let us in, but he did let the next guy in...so maybe there's some appointment thing going on too, or maybe Bob just caters to a few people he likes. Regardless, I recommend going elsewhere.

Hours of operations changed as I found out taking my vacuums there at 2pm. So I went there on 5/30 at 12:30pm on my lunch break. Not open again. Guess now it's just a gamble to find the place open.
