Alex was very professional and gave me a very detailed explanation to why my Mac Desktop was acting up. I did explained to him that my mac was running very slow and unresponsive and replacing my hard drive was the only way to fix it. He fix it within a week and was very impressed. I would definitely recommend this place for any computer services.

Alex at New Rochelle upgraded the hard drive and Windows on my 6 year old Lenovo laptop. He was very clear, helpful, courteous, and finished the job in just a day or so. His store is easy to get to, and he properly masked as well. I have already recommended him to many of my friends.
I lost connection to my external hard drive, I couldn't get any of all my documents. I was overwhelmed, I stop by to NCS I met Alexx excellent service, fast response, not expensive as many other places. He fix my drive now I have all my documents back I'll definitely come back for any computer matters I'd have.
