Found this company after a search for a pigment and decided to take a chance on requesting a quote. I did so because their website said they had a quick quote process with a form with just a few fields. Filled that out and upon submission was taken to another form. Then another this one with multiple pages. Filled them all out though I was very frustrated at this point. When the company emailed was it a quote. No. It was more questions including how much I currently pay which I felt was really inappropriate. I told them to either provide a quote or stop wasting my time. They responded they would not quote. I think this is why so many companies never change suppliers unless absolutely necessary because they don’t want to deal with horrible companies like this that lie on their websites just to get your info. And then basically want you to provide them with a wealth of valuable info about their competitors and your business before they will even provide the most basic pricing.

Terrible company policies and always a massive pain to deal with, there are better supply companies out there who will actually treat you like a person and work with you rather than never replying to your emails or ignore your questions because of \company policy\. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
