People are really all about the money verse their patients. A dentist should always make their patients feel comfortable and not make them feel their just another check for their pocket. Trying to find a dentist that makes you feel welcomed is hard to find.

The front desk ladies where very polite and pleasant. The dentist was kind of rude. He seemed agitated with me and I didn’t appreciate his tone, especially since I was paying out of pocket.

Had a really BAD tooth ache at night. Found this emergency dental office. So glad I did, had an emergency root canal done the next morning, and in 3 appointments had a crown put on. Great place. Staff is very nice and professional. Dr. Michael Dounel is great. Made sure I was doing good through out the whole process. Willing to work with you on payments with no pressure. Very satisfied with my new crown, and even more appreciative of everyone in the office for making my feel comfortable each time I came in.
